Register or change address at the Chamber of Commerce
Changing your business address at the Chamber of Commerce is quite easy. It is important that you also provide your unique Postbox number, so that your mail is processed correctly and the address is correctly listed in the Chamber of Commerce trade register. Registering a new company
Print out the PriOffice rental agreement and take it with you to your appointment with the Chamber of Commerce or the notary. Please make sure that the Postbox number/unit number will not be forgotten when registering. This number is unique to you and is important for proper mail processing.
Change address of an existing company
You can report the change via the change form on the Chamber of Commerce website. Read the instructions below.
You can report the change directly online with your DigID or you can print the change form and send it by post (together with the rental agreement and a copy of your ID) to the address of the Chamber of Commerce.

- Go to this page on the Chamber of Commerce website: https://www.kvk.nl/inschrijven-en-wijzigen/wijzigen/
- Enter your company name
- Click on Vestiging as shown on the right
- Click Gegevens van de vestiging wijzigen
- Choose Visiting Address (Bezoekadres) and click Next
- Enter the postal code, house number and the address will appear automatically
- Enter your Postbox number in the field Aanvulling (see below)
