REGISTER AT THE COC WITH A FOREIGN ADDRESS
Registering a company with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce is only possible with a Dutch address. Don’t have a Dutch address? We have the solution for you; you can register your company at one of our representative offices in the Netherlands.
REGISTERING WITH THE COC WITH A FOREIGN ADDRESS: IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Would you like to register your company with the Chamber of Commerce with a foreign address? Unfortunately, that is not possible. You need a Dutch address for it, even if you travel a lot or work as a digital nomad. As long as there is a Dutch company (which you register with the Chamber of Commerce) you need an address in the Netherlands.
So you can’t register with the Chamber with a foreign address. Fortunately, there is a solution if you travel a lot and may not have an address in the Netherlands. You can use our offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and for example The Hague.
DUTCH ADDRESS WHERE YOU CAN WORK
You need a Dutch address, where you have the opportunity to come and work. In that case, you can register your company at a different address, as with us. We make sure that you meet the conditions of the Chamber of Commerce.
Tip: some speak of a virtual office. That’s not quite right in practice, because we offer a physical location where you can come and work. However, it is a different address than that of your house, and you can make online reservations to work there.
REGISTER AT THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WITH A FOREIGN ADDRESS
Would you like to register with the CoC with a foreign address? Unfortunately that is not possible. However, you can use our business addresses, and then go abroad and work there.
