Rent a flex desk in Amsterdam
Renting a flex desk in Amsterdam: with us you sit practically and comfortably in our modern office. You can park for free near the office and there are various shops and eateries in the vicinity. For a nice lunch you do not have to walk far.
You can choose from different flex desks in Amsterdam. Seek interaction with other entrepreneurs by taking a seat together on a train bench or opt for more privacy in an acoustic unit. Great if, for example, you want to call customers undisturbed. In short, you can sit wherever you want, depending on your mood or the situation of your work.
Book a flex desk
You can rent a flex desk if you are a member of PriOffice. In addition, we ask you to make a reservation at least 1 working day before you come to work. This way we can guarantee everyone a comfortable workplace.
Call us on telephone number 085 – 30 13 777 or send an email to [email protected] to reserve your flex desk. You will then receive a confirmation via email. In addition, we explain how you get access with the EVVA Airkey app.
Our flex desks are available on weekdays between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.
Access and costs
Access via an app
All our locations are unmanned, you will not find a reception. You enter the office, for which you use the EVVA Airkey app on your phone. We ensure that you have access during your reservation.
Costs for a flex desk
You rent our flex desk by default for a full day (during office hours).
Tip: do you want to work with us regularly? Then it’s cheaper to use our flex-subscriptions.

Below you will find our current rates. Are you a member of PriOffice and do you have a Chamber of Commerce business address with us? You have a PLUS subscription, so you get a 25% discount on the rates.

Tip: the flex subscription is separate from your PriOffice membership
The two flex subscriptions are separate from the PriOffice membership, so you can turn the flex subscription on and off per month, while your PriOffice membership goes through with your business address. Useful when, for example, you are on holiday for a longer period of time, so that you do not incur unnecessary costs for flex working while you do not use it.
