Rent an office space at PriOffice
When you rent permanent office space at PriOffice Breda, then:
- You have 24-7 access to your own office space and of course you do not have to make a reservation
- You are responsible for the cleaning of your own office (the common areas are kept clean by PriOffice)
- You can rent the meeting rooms available at this location for an additional fee
- You have a minimum rental period of 6 months. After that, the rental agreement will be extended by 3 months each time and you also have a notice period of 3 months.
- You pay a deposit of 3 times the rental period at the start
Please note: if you also want to register your company at this location, you pay those costs separately. In that case, these must therefore be added to the rental price. If you decide to cancel the office space in the future, your company can therefore remain registered at the address.
In consultation, it is possible that your mail processed by PriPost remains at the location without additional costs.
