Easy access with the EVVA Airkey
With EVVA’s modern electronic locks, it’s safe and easy to access our locations. Once the reservation is confirmed, you can use your smartphone to open the lock. Haven’t installed the app yet? Check out the video below to see how you can do this.
As soon as you get close to the lock with your smartphone and you gently tap the lock, NFC (or Bluetooth) connects directly to your smartphone and allows you to open the door. However, this only works flawlessly for Android users. iOS users are dealing with Apple’s Bluetooth and NFC limitations and must first open the AirKey app to open the door:
- Tap gently against the EVVA cylinder
- The blue LED light in the lock will turn on and connect to your phone’s Bluetooth
- After contact is made, the LED turns green and you can open the lock (just like with a key).
Note: first wait until the light is green, otherwise it will not be possible to enter!

It is not possible for us to open the lock remotely, but we can help you. It is of course necessary that you have the EVVA app installed on your smartphone and that bluetooth is on.
