Meeting room

If you need a meeting room in the Utrecht region, for example to give a training or workshop, you have come to the right place at PriOffice Utrecht (Zeist). This location has several spacious meeting rooms that you can use:

  • Meeting room
    From a comfortable armchair or sofa you can have a relaxed conversation. Our clients use it for coaching conversations and informal meetings that don’t require a table. The space is not closed but is in the open space next to the kitchen.
  • Meeting room
    You can rent a meeting room for 2 to 10 people. Thanks to comfortable chairs and large tables, you can discuss important matters in a pleasant atmosphere.

Meeting facilities

For your meeting or training, PriOffice offers various facilities that you can use. Presentation materials such as a flipchart with paper or a white board are available at the location. There is also a smart TV with wifi and built-in Chromecast and this is easy to connect to a laptop with the HDMI cable. Do you need something specific for your meeting? Please contact us, so that we can see what we can do for you.

During the meeting there is coffee (Nespresso machine) and tea available for the participants in the kitchen and there are also water jugs. In the kitchen there is a fridge and a microwave so you can bring your own lunch or order something. A local suggestion is At Johannes where everything is prepared deliciously fresh. This company is separate from PriOffice so you have to organize the order yourself.

Reserve a meeting room in Utrecht

Our meeting room can be booked per part of the day. It concerns 4 hours in the morning or the afternoon. If the space is available, you can also reserve it in the evening or on weekends. Then take into account a surcharge of 25%.

Book your meeting room at least one working day in advance:

  • Send an email to [email protected]
  • Indicate that you want to meet in Utrecht
  • Tell us which date and part of the day it concerns
  • And explain how many people you come to meet with

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In addition, we ensure that you receive a digital key.

Our meeting room in The Hague is available on weekdays between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Access via an app

All our locations are unmanned, you will not find a reception. You enter the office, for which you use the EVVA Airkey app on your phone. We ensure that you have access during your reservation.


Below you will find our current rates. Are you a member of PriOffice and do you have a Chamber of Commerce business address with us? You have a PLUS subscription, so you get a 25% discount on the rates.
